Sirena underwent a $40 million refurbishment in 2016 to elevate the ship to the Oceania Cruises’ standard of elegance. She features Oceania's renowned specialty dining restaurants, Toscana and Polo Grill and much more. Sirena passengers tend to be Discerning 40+ and Mainly American. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 44.3 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 1.8 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 36.7 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 2.2 passengers.

Health & Fitness facilities onboard Sirena include the Canyon Ranch SpaClub, featuring signature treatments, a private spa terrace with a whirlpool tubs, a sauna with steam room, and a relaxation room with heated ceramic loungers, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Sirena does not offer any dedicated Kids & Teens facilities. On selected cruises, however, the Alaska Explorer Youth Program is available: For guests who travel with children, Oceania's Alaska Explorer Youth Program offers the opportunity for everyone to experience the excitement of exploring the Northwest Coast and Alaska in a meaningful, enriching way. Designed for age groups between 5 and 12, the program is supervised by experienced and enthusiastic youth counsellors and includes games, activities and Alaska-inspired special events.
Oceania Cruises offers several unique voyages exploring culinary, wine, music, health & wellness themes. Guests will enjoy seminars, hands-on classes, concerts, wine tastings and more. Depending on the voyage, Chef Jacques Pépin, up-and-coming jazz musicians, and noted editors will be special guests. On selected sailings, an American Contract Bridge League accredited master instructor will be on board to conduct classes and tournaments.
